The basalt chopped fibers, the temperature-inhibiting anti-cracking waterproof agent and the high-performance concrete expansive agent are mixed together in proportion to form a gelatinous substance when the concrete is stirred, so that the hydration heat temperature rise rate and the temperature peak value of the concrete can be obviously reduced, the temperature inhibition rate is 18-40% or above, and the temperature-inhibiting anti-cracking waterproof agent and the high-performance concrete expansive agent are uniformly mixed.
