The invention relates to the technical field of grouting materials, in particular to a high-performance cement-silica sol grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance cement-silica sol grouting material comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of Portland cement; 20 to 70 parts of water; 0.6 to 3.2 parts of a water reducing agent; the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 60 parts of nano silica sol; 2-10 parts of a curing agent; 2-8 parts of inorganic fiber; 1.2-6 parts of an early strength agent and 10-50 parts of water. The grouting material prepared by the invention is high in strength, short in setting time, low in viscosity, good in groutability, strong in seepage force, good in water resistance, excellent in impermeability, high in retention rate and not easy to wash off; small cracks can be injected; the long-term durability is high, plugging of rock mass water seepage cracks and structural body cement paste cracks can be efficiently completed, and environmental protection is achieved.
