Comprising the steps that S1, a three-dimensional laser scanner is used for collecting three-dimensional manufacturing linear postures of all arch rib sections in a pre-splicing factory; s2, the collected linear posture is converted into a bridge site installation posture, and therefore the target posture for installation of each arch rib section is obtained; s3, the arch bridge is installed according to the installation target postures of all the arch rib sections, whether all the arch rib sections reach the target postures or not is judged, if yes, installation is completed, and if not, the step S4 is executed; and S4, performing target posture adjustment on the arch rib sections which do not reach the target posture, reversely and accurately solving a three-way jack adjustment value by identifying a difference value between the current posture and the target posture, and completing installation after adjustment is completed. According to the invention, the three-dimensional attitude precision and the construction efficiency required by the installation of the large-span arch bridge are improved, the labor and safety management cost is saved, the construction quality is ensured, and the safety operation risk is reduced.
