The invention relates to the technical field of wave pile clamps, and discloses a loosening-preventing wave pile clamp which comprises a wave pile clamping seat body. A supporting frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the wave pile clamping seat body, a reinforcing block is fixedly connected between the wave pile clamping seat body and the supporting frame, an installation inserting rod is fixedly installed on the inner wall of a limiting hole formed in the supporting frame, and a fixing frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the wave pile clamping seat body. Connecting rods are hinged to the outer wall of a fixed frame, arc-shaped fixed chucks are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the connected connecting rods, a reinforcing frame is fixedly connected to the inner walls of the connected arc-shaped fixed chucks, fixed tooth plates are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the reinforcing frame, stretching holes are evenly formed in the reinforcing frame, and internal stress of the whole reinforcing frame can be conveniently eliminated through the formed stretching holes; and the arc-shaped fixed chuck and the fixed tooth plate can be conveniently used for a long time and can be fastened through relative movement between the fixed tooth plate and the chuck movable cavity.
