The invention discloses an expanded foundation cast-in-place pile construction method and system.The method comprises the steps that drilling equipment is used for drilling a foundation, and drilling is stopped after the designated depth is reached; after a hole is formed in the foundation, a high-pressure water pipe is bound to the outer side of the reinforcement cage, and after the reinforcement cage descends to the designated depth, the reinforcement cage stops moving; the steel reinforcement cage is moved up and down and rotated through the hoisting equipment, under the control of the controller, high-pressure water with water pressure is provided according to the material of the foundation with the specified depth, the high-pressure water washes the foundation around the specified depth, and washing is stopped after washing completion data is received; an enlarged foundation position is formed; and after the concrete is solidified, the reinforcement cage and the enlarged foundation position at the bottom of the reinforcement cage jointly form the enlarged foundation cast-in-place pile. The system comprises a cast-in-place pile, a reinforcement cage 2, a high-pressure water pipe, an enlarged foundation pile, a controller and a water pump. The foundation position is enlarged at a certain depth, the bearing area of the pile end can be increased, and therefore the bearing capacity of the pile is improved.
