Gas hood method sprayed concrete construction method
The invention relates to a construction method for spraying concrete by a gas hood method, which solves the problems that the existing concrete material is directly exposed in normal-pressure air after being sprayed out, and part of the concrete material always falls off after rebounding due to diffusion and collision, so that the material is wasted, construction wastes are generated, the construction cost is increased and the environment is polluted. The method comprises the following steps: S1, designing a mix proportion of sprayed concrete; s2, treating a sprayed surface; s3, a sprayed concrete thickness control mark is installed; s4, selecting a concrete sprayer; s5, creating a closed gas hood on the sprayed surface; s6, concrete is sprayed in the closed gas hood; s7, maintenance of the sprayed concrete; and S8, quality inspection and acceptance of the sprayed concrete.
