The invention provides a hollow concrete foundation forming inner formwork mounting and supporting device. The construction device comprises a bottom bearing platform, a cage body type main frame fixed to the bottom bearing platform and multiple layers of formwork inner supporting platforms arranged outside the cage body type main frame in a dispersed and sleeving mode in the axial direction of the cage body type main frame. A ladder stand is mounted in a hollow area of the cage body type main frame, and a walking channel is arranged at the position, corresponding to each layer of formwork inner supporting platform, of the cage body type main frame; the formwork inner supporting platform comprises an upper layer construction platform connected with the cage body type main frame and a lower layer supporting plate assembled by a plurality of supporting plates, each supporting plate is connected with the upper layer construction platform in a sliding mode, and the multiple supporting plates are controlled by a driving mechanism and a transmission assembly to move in the radial direction of the upper layer construction platform at the same time. The problems that space is insufficient, time and labor are wasted and the like when a scaffold is built in an inner cavity of the hollow concrete foundation to construct the inner formwork are solved, the installation efficiency of the inner formwork of the concrete foundation is greatly improved, and therefore the overall construction efficiency of the concrete foundation is improved.
