The invention provides a large-angle inclined concrete bottom plate formwork system and a construction method.The formwork system comprises a bottom formwork, supporting blocks and a top formwork, and the bottom formwork comprises a fixing plate, screws, vertical ribs, reinforcing inclined ribs, longitudinal steel bars and transverse steel bars; the supporting block is arranged at the bottom of the slope and abuts against the bottom die. And the top die is arranged above the bottom die in parallel and is connected with the bottom die through a screw rod. According to the construction method, the whole bottom die is hoisted to the slope surface through the hoisting device, then bottom plate structural steel bars are bound, the side dies are installed, the top die is installed, and concrete of the bottom plate is poured and cured; and the mountain-shaped clamp, the steel pipe, the batten, the connecting end and the top die are dismantled. The bottom die is integrally manufactured on the flat ground, integral installation is adopted, construction procedures are simplified, steel bar binding operation is reduced, construction quality and construction safety are ensured, and construction efficiency is improved; and the bottom die and the bottom plate are connected into a whole, so that the bottom plate has better strength and use performance.
