Wind power foundation based on replacing small wind power with large wind power and transformation method
According to the wind power foundation and the transformation method, an original old wind power foundation is in a circular truncated cone shape before and after transformation, embedded steel bars and a steel reinforcement framework are arranged on the inclined face of an old foundation abutment through embedded steel bar glue to enhance the overall collaboration of a new wind power foundation, and an old abutment annular groove is formed in the top face of the old foundation abutment; a flange ring is arranged in an annular groove of the old foundation abutment and filled with high-performance concrete, and the flange ring is connected with the old foundation abutment through a flange stud; concrete is poured on the upper portion of the old foundation abutment to form a new foundation, and after the concrete strength reaches a design value, the high-capacity tower drum, the new foundation and the flange ring are connected through anchor rods; and the cast-in-place piles are annularly arranged outside the new foundation. The old foundation structure is fully utilized, the cost is saved, the land utilization rate is improved, the new foundation form can bear larger fan capacity, the overall stability and the anti-overturning capacity are improved through the construction form, and good economical efficiency and safety are achieved.
本发明公开了基于以大代小的风电基础及改造方法,包含原有旧风电基础,改造前后基础形式均为圆台型,在旧基础基台斜面上通过植筋胶设置植筋和钢筋骨架加强新风电基础整体协同性,在旧基础基台顶面设置旧基台环形槽,旧基础基台环形槽内设置法兰环并填充高性能混凝土,法兰环与旧基础基台通过法兰栓钉连接;旧基础基台上部浇筑混凝土形成新基础,待混凝土强度达到设计值后通过锚杆连接高容量塔筒、新基础和法兰环;在新基础外侧环形设置灌注桩。本发明充分利用旧基础结构,节省成本,提高土地利用率,新基础形式可承载更大风机容量,其构造形式提高了整体稳定性和抗倾覆能力,具有较好的经济性和安全性。
