The first outlet is communicated with the flow storage pool, the flow dividing piece is communicated with a rainwater treatment pipe extending out of the flow storage pool at the second outlet, and the flow storage pool is further communicated with a sewage treatment pipe extending out of the flow storage pool. The waste of sewage treatment resources can be reduced.
