The invention relates to a modular combined building and a connecting assembly, a module and a construction method thereof. The connecting assembly comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the actuating mechanism is provided with a fixed base part, a movable first action piece and a movable second action piece, and the first action piece is provided with an operation surface and can drive the second action piece in the first direction; the biasing mechanism is arranged on the first shell and biases the second action piece in the second direction, and the second action piece can respond to the driving of the first action piece to be biased to a first posture in which the first part is locked with the base part and can respond to the other driving of the first action piece to be biased to a second posture in which the second part is locked with the base part; the locking mechanism is arranged on the first shell and comprises a fixed part and a movable locking part, the locking part can be linked to the second action part to reach the first posture and extend out of the fixed part, and during the second posture, linkage is relieved; the second connecting part comprises a second shell; and the connecting piece extends out of the second shell and can be locked with the extended locking piece.
