Newly-added frame columns are connected with original frame columns, newly-added frame beams are connected with original frame beams, and the newly-added frame columns are continuous at the beam-column joint; two prestressed tendon curve hole channels are symmetrically reserved in the upper portion and the lower portion of the newly-added frame beam, the prestressed tendon hole channels are reserved in the upper portion of the beam and the lower portion of the beam, the unbonded prestressed tendons are arranged along the prestressed tendon hole channels reserved in the upper portion of the beam, and the unbonded prestressed tendons are arranged along the prestressed tendon hole channels reserved in the lower portion of the beam; the unbonded prestressed tendons are tensioned to generate frictional resistance so as to resist shearing force generated by the beam end, meanwhile, the unbonded prestressed tendons can keep elasticity under the action of an earthquake, and the function of self-resetting after the earthquake can be achieved. Compared with a traditional prestressed tendon penetrating design, materials are saved, construction is convenient, the anti-seismic toughness of an existing structure can be improved, erecting of supports can be omitted due to the fact that brackets are arranged at the joint connecting positions, the construction cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
