Integrated formwork laminated shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an integrated formwork laminated shear wall and a construction method thereof, and relates to the internal shear wall structure technology in the civil engineering and building field, the integrated formwork laminated shear wall comprises a single-side prefabricated concrete layer and a steel bar net rack, the bottom layer of the steel bar net rack is poured and fixed on the single-side prefabricated concrete layer; the multiple connecting pieces are evenly distributed on the single-side prefabricated concrete layer, the lower portions of the connecting pieces are poured and fixed into the single-side prefabricated concrete layer, and connecting screw holes are formed in the tops of the connecting pieces. The detachable formwork is arranged at the tops of the multiple connecting pieces and is in threaded connection with the connecting screw holes through bolts, and a pouring cavity is formed between the detachable formwork and the single-side prefabricated concrete layer. The method comprises the following steps: binding a reinforcing steel bar net rack on a mold table, pouring a unilateral precast concrete layer and vibrating, meanwhile, assembling a connecting piece and a detachable template in a threaded connection manner, inserting the bottom of the connecting piece of an assembled template system into the unsolidified unilateral precast concrete layer, and correcting the position of the template system before the concrete is solidified; and an integral wall body is formed after maintenance.
本发明公开了一种集成式模壳叠合剪力墙及其施工方法,涉及土木工程和建筑领域内剪力墙结构技术,包括单侧预制混凝土层和底层浇筑固定在单侧预制混凝土层的钢筋网架;连接件的数量为多个,且均布在单侧预制混凝土层上,连接件的下部浇筑固定在单侧预制混凝土层内部,连接件的顶部具有连接螺孔;可拆卸模板布置在多个连接件的顶部,且通过螺栓与连接螺孔螺纹连接,可拆卸模板与单侧预制混凝土层之间形成浇筑空腔。在模台上绑扎钢筋网架,浇筑单侧预制混凝土层并进行振捣,同时将连接件与可拆卸模板进行螺纹连接组装,组装完成的模板体系的连接件底部插入未凝固的单侧预制混凝土层中,待混凝土凝固前进行模板体系的位置矫正,养护后形成整体墙体。
