The invention relates to a multi-ribbed composite external wall panel of an assembly type frame system. The multi-ribbed composite external wall panel comprises a multi-ribbed composite board, a waterproof layer, alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth, an organic thermal insulation material layer, an inorganic thermal insulation material layer, an anti-crack mortar layer, a facing layer, a horizontal connecting piece and a vertical connecting piece. According to the multi-ribbed composite board, reinforcement frameworks form rib lattices, the lattices are filled with heat preservation materials, horizontal connecting pieces are adopted for fixing heat preservation boards and the reinforcement frameworks, and the heat preservation boards serve as inner side baffles to form a pouring system. The vertical connecting pieces are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the framework, and the heat preservation layer can be conveniently fixed in the later period. The inorganic thermal insulation material layer is made of inorganic thermal insulation mortar, has certain bonding capacity and can be directly attached to the outer side of the organic thermal insulation material layer, and the weather-proof glass fiber mesh cloth is arranged between the two material layers so as to improve the bonding performance between the material layers. The self-weight of the wall can be reduced, meanwhile, the heat preservation and insulation performance is improved, and integration of the structure, heat preservation, heat insulation, water prevention, fire prevention, decoration and other functions of the wall is facilitated.
