The invention discloses a GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) mesh and a processing method thereof, the GFRP mesh comprises a plurality of longitudinal rods which are longitudinally arranged side by side and a plurality of transverse rods which are longitudinally arranged side by side, each longitudinal rod is formed by stranding and curing at least two strands of impregnated glass fiber bundles, the transverse rods are GFRP rods which penetrate through the longitudinal rods and are fixed, and the longitudinal rods and the transverse rods form the mesh. According to the GFRP mesh, due to the fact that the overall materials are the glass fiber bundles and the impregnated glue, the overall density is reduced, the transportation cost and the building load bearing are reduced to a certain degree, and the surfaces of the GFRP rods and the surfaces of the impregnated glass fiber bundles have large wrapping and gripping force on concrete; when the glass fiber bundle is used for pouring a thin concrete slab, small cracks are not prone to being generated on the surface of the concrete slab, the thin concrete slab is more convenient to maintain, and particularly, groove-shaped parts are formed between the surfaces of the twisted gum dipping glass fiber bundles, so that the wrapping gripping force of the glass fiber bundle to concrete is further improved.
