The invention discloses a cast-in-place structure mold and a construction method thereof, relates to the field of engineering construction, and aims at solving the problem that a traditional pouring formwork is inconvenient to mount and dismount in the splicing and reinforcing process. The cast-in-place structure mold comprises a closed wall body which is defined by at least four steel mold plates in a circle; the adjusting supports are arranged on the bottom edges of the steel formworks and used for adjusting the height positions of the steel formworks. The adjusting corner columns are located at the corners of the closed wall body, and the side walls of the adjusting corner columns are connected with the two adjacent steel formworks correspondingly and used for contracting the closed wall body in the direction close to the center or expanding the closed wall body in the direction away from the center. The supporting rods are located at the corners of the closed wall, the two ends of each supporting rod are fixedly connected with the two adjacent steel formworks correspondingly, and a triangular supporting structure is defined by the supporting rods and the two adjacent steel formworks and used for supporting and reinforcing the closed wall. According to the closed wall defined by the steel formworks, after the adjusting corner columns and the adjusting supports are adjusted to meet the requirements, the supporting rods are installed to complete supporting and reinforcing of the closed wall, and assembling and disassembling are convenient.
