The moving base comprises a moving assembly, a track assembly and a balance assembly, the printing mechanical arm is arranged on the balance assembly, the balance assembly is arranged on the track assembly, the track assembly is used for driving the printing mechanical arm to move in the first direction, and the track assembly is arranged on the moving assembly; the moving assembly is used for driving the rail assembly and the printing mechanical arm to move in the first direction. The technical scheme has the advantages that the printing range is widened, the printing process does not need to be interrupted when the printing mechanical arm moves, and the finally presented printing effect is better.
