Support frame integrated construction method for dismantling and newly building building structure
The invention relates to the technical field of structural transformation construction of building floors (2), in particular to an integrated construction method of a supporting frame body for dismantling and newly building a building structure. The construction steps include determining the height difference between building structure demolition and new building; the floor slab (2) is dismantled through the temporary supporting frame body (1); the secondary beams (4) and the main beams (3) are sequentially dismantled through the temporary supporting frame body (1); breaking a column wall; the top elevation of the temporary supporting frame body (1) is adjusted according to the pre-determined newly-built structure elevation; reinforcement construction of the wall columns (5) is conducted according to the function and quality of the newly-built building structure; a main beam (3) and a secondary beam (4) are newly built, and a floor slab (2) is newly built; and dismantling the temporary support frame body (1). A supporting frame body integrated scheme is adopted, the problems that a simple temporary support is erected in the dismantling process and a frame body support needs to be erected again in the new building process are solved, meanwhile, a static expansion technology is adopted, the problem that lap joint steel bars are stripped from the top of a column is solved, the construction quality and safety are guaranteed, meanwhile, the cost and the construction period are saved, and the construction period is shortened; and certain convenience is brought to a construction site.
本发明涉及建筑楼板(2)结构改造施工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种建筑结构拆除和新建用支撑架体一体化施工方法。施工步骤包括确定建筑结构拆除和新建高差;依托临时支撑架体(1)拆除楼板(2);依托临时支撑架体(1)依次拆除次梁(4)和主梁(3);破除柱墙;根据事先确定的新建结构标高,调整临时支撑架体(1)顶标高;根据新建建筑结构的功能和质量进行墙柱(5)加固施工;新建主梁(3)和次梁(4)、新建楼板(2)施工;拆除临时支撑架体(1)。采用支撑架体一体化方案,解决了拆除时搭设较为简陋的临时支撑、新建时又要重新搭设架体支撑的问题,同时采用静力膨胀技术,解决了柱顶剥离出搭接钢筋的问题,施工质量和安全得到保证的同时,又节省成本工期、缩短工期,为施工现场带来一定的便利性。
