The embodiment of the invention discloses a drainage structure of a system shutter, comprising: a frame having a first opening and a second opening in opposite directions; the louvre blades are vertically arranged in the frame, the top edges and the bottom edges of the louvre blades are connected to the upper side and the lower side of the frame respectively, the louvre blades are parallel, a flow guide cavity is formed between every two adjacent louvre blades, and openings in the two ends of each flow guide cavity are communicated with the first opening and the second opening respectively; the louver blades comprise the first louver blade and the second louver blade, one side edge of the first louver blade faces the first opening, the other side edge of the first louver blade is connected to one face of the second louver blade, one side edge of the second louver blade faces the second opening, and the other side edge of the second louver blade faces the first opening. A water blocking groove with a groove opening facing the first opening is formed between the other side edge of the first louver blade and the other side edge of the second louver blade. Fluid entering from the first opening is smoothly blocked through the water blocking groove, and the rain-proof and water-proof performance is improved.
