Adjustable pneumatic pilot valve
The adjustable pneumatic pilot valve comprises an air pressure switching cavity, an atmospheric pressure cavity, a diaphragm working cavity and a piston working cavity, the air pressure switching cavity is provided with a first negative pressure connector and a vacuum valve control connector, and a switching valve rod is further arranged in the air pressure switching cavity; a diaphragm is arranged between the atmospheric pressure cavity and the diaphragm working cavity, one side of the diaphragm is connected with the switching valve rod, and the other side of the diaphragm is provided with an elastic element; the atmospheric pressure cavity is provided with an atmospheric pressure connector, and the diaphragm working cavity is provided with a negative pressure air supply connector and a second negative pressure connector. A piston capable of axially moving is arranged in the piston working cavity; the piston divides the piston working cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, and an adjusting bottom cover and a first adjusting mechanism used for driving the adjusting bottom cover to move axially are arranged in the first cavity. A compression cavity is formed between the adjusting bottom cover and the piston and provided with a liquid level pressure connector, and an elastic element abutting against the piston is arranged in the second cavity. According to the invention, the application range of the liquid level height is wider, and accurate starting at the specified liquid level height within the range can be realized.
