Intelligent unmanned slag storage yard
The invention discloses an intelligent unmanned slag storage yard which comprises an unmanned crusher, an unmanned dumper, an unmanned loader, an unmanned sweeper and a slag storage yard unmanned automatic dispatching system. The unmanned dumper is used for transporting and moving the loaded slag; the unmanned loader is used for loading slag at the slag pouring opening; the unmanned sweeper is used for cleaning the pavement slag in the slag crushing field; the invention discloses an unmanned automatic dispatching system for a slag storage yard, which is used for realizing automatic control of slag pouring, slag skimming and crushing, loading and transferring, road surface cleaning, equipment charging and equipment transition dispatching. The unmanned sweeper is composed of a sweeping vehicle body and a sweeping assembly installed on the sweeping vehicle body through an installation support, and the sweeping vehicle body is further provided with a crushing assembly and a pressing rod assembly which are connected with the sweeping assembly. According to the method, related vehicles can be automatically dispatched, the operation efficiency and safety are improved, and slag on the slag storage yard can be rapidly crushed and cleaned for recycling.
