The invention relates to the technical field of ship kingston valve gas-water separation, and discloses a kingston valve box and a seawater taking system. The kingston valve box comprises a box body defining an internal space and a water inlet, a water outlet and an exhaust port which are respectively communicated with the internal space; the flow guide part is arranged in the inner space and divides the lower end of the inner space into a water inlet area and a water outlet area, the water inlet is located in the water inlet area, and the water outlet is located in the water outlet area; the inclination direction of the upper end part of the flow guide piece is the same as the inclination direction of the first top wall, and the exhaust port is formed in the first top wall, wherein the first top wall, above the water inlet area, of the box body inclines upwards in the direction towards the water drainage area. According to the embodiment, the bubble content in seawater sucked by the seawater pump can be reduced, and the working efficiency of the seawater pump is improved.
