Alit-belite composite new-phase high-strength cement clinker and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an alite-belite composite new-phase high-strength cement clinker and a preparation method thereof. The cement clinker comprises the following mineral phases in percentage by mass: 15 to 25 percent of C3S, 30 to 40 percent of C2S, 15 to 25 percent of Q phase, 10 to 20 percent of C4A3 and 5 to 10 percent of C4AF. Wherein the Q phase is a CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2 quaternary compound, and the C2S contains alpha '-C2S, and the Q phase is a CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2 quaternary compound. The raw materials of the cement clinker are also doped with a modifier, and the modifier simultaneously comprises a metal oxide and a non-metal substance. According to the process disclosed by the invention, coexistence of a high-temperature ore phase (tricalcium silicate) and a low-temperature ore phase (calcium sulphoaluminate and Q phase) in the cement clinker is successfully realized, meanwhile, dicalcium silicate is converted into a high-activity form from a low-activity form, and the problem of insufficient development of middle and later strength of the high-belite sulphoaluminate cement is solved.
本发明公开一种阿利特‑贝利特复合新相高强水泥熟料及其制备方法。以质量百分比计,所述水泥熟料的矿物相组成包括C3S:15~25%、C2S:30~40%、Q相:15~25%、C4A3$:10~20%、C4AF:5~10%。其中,所述Q相是CaO‑Al2O3‑MgO‑SiO2四元化合物,所述C2S含有α’‑C2S。所述水泥熟料的原料组成中还掺加有改性剂,所述改性剂同时包含金属氧化物和非金属物质。本发明的工艺成功实现了高温矿相(硅酸三钙)和低温矿相(硫铝酸钙、Q相)在水泥熟料中共存,同时使得硅酸二钙从低活性的形式转变为高活性形式,克服了高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥的中后期强度发展不足的问题。
