The high-toughness concrete has high toughness, the granular rubber is introduced into the concrete to greatly improve the impact and abrasion resistance of the concrete, and when moving gravels cut, impact and the like on the concrete, the granular rubber has excellent elasticity and abrasion resistance, so that the cutting effect of damaging set cement and aggregate is hindered under the cutting effect of the gravels, and the impact resistance of the concrete is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the rubber absorbs impact kinetic energy of a rebound release part through self deformation, the overall impact kinetic energy acting on the concrete is reduced, and generation of microcracks in set cement is delayed.
