The invention relates to the technical field of highway construction, in particular to a highway pavement asphalt concrete construction process which comprises the following steps: S1, a maintainer establishes a road condition model in a background computer in advance and analyzes the highway condition to obtain the pavement condition of a current road so as to determine whether to perform construction maintenance on the road; s2, a maintainer enters the to-be-maintained area of the expressway and places a safety guardrail and a warning board, and a construction area is formed; and S3, the spraying vehicle is driven to the construction area and parked, and the condition of dust particles in the air is measured through an optical method. Dust in the construction area is detected through an optical method, when it is detected that the dust in the current construction area is larger than the set standard, the spraying vehicle sprays water mist, the problems that the sight of a running vehicle is not clear, normal running of the vehicle is affected, and potential safety hazards are brought are solved, intelligent control can be achieved, and the water consumption is reduced.
本发明涉及公路施工技术领域,具体涉及一种高速公路路面沥青混凝土施工工艺,施工工艺包括:S1、养护人员预先在后台计算机内建立道路状况模型,对高速道路状况进行分析,得出当前道路的路面状况,来确定是否对此道路进行施工养护;S2、养护人员进入高速公路待养护区域内,放置安全护栏与警示牌,形成施工区;S3、将喷淋车行驶至施工区内,进行停放,通过光学法去测量空气中粉尘颗粒的情况。本发明通过光学法对施工区域内的灰尘进行检测,在检测到当前施工区域内的灰尘大于设定的标准时,则让喷淋车进行喷洒水雾,解决了行驶的车辆视线不清,影响到车辆的正常行驶,带来安全隐患的问题,并能够智能控制,去降低用水量。
