The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pile integrity detection, in particular to a foundation pile integrity detection device and method based on temperature distribution, and the detection device comprises a data processing module, an integrity analysis module and a plurality of optical fiber sections. Wherein the plurality of optical fiber sections are vertically arranged along the cast-in-place pile; the data processing module is connected with the optical fiber section and is used for emitting light to the optical fiber section and acquiring the temperature of each point of the optical fiber section by analyzing a return light parameter; and the integrity analysis module is connected with the data processing module, obtains the temperature data analyzed by the data processing module, and analyzes the defect position of the pile body according to the temperature of each point of the optical fiber section.
