The intelligent pump room comprises a frequency conversion control cabinet, a monitoring center, a pipe network, a water supply unit and a water consumption unit, and an equipment unit, a measurement and control terminal, a water quality online analyzer, a pressure transmitter, an electric energy meter, a flow monitoring unit, a camera, an infrared detector and a signal transceiving unit are arranged in the frequency conversion control cabinet; a submersible pump set of the equipment unit comprises a submersible pump I and a submersible pump II which are connected in series through an S-shaped pipe. According to the intelligent pump room with the monitoring center, a submersible pump series connection structure is constructed, pump parameters are tested, the lift can be increased through series connection, the pump rotating speed under the same lift requirement is reduced, the water lifting upper limit is improved, the pressure of conveying pumps in a water supply unit and a water consumption unit in a secondary water supply pipe network can be greatly reduced, and the water supply efficiency is improved. And therefore, the running stability of each stage of delivery pump is improved, the insufficient pressure of simultaneous water utilization of each water utilization unit is relieved, and the system is particularly suitable for secondary water supply pump houses of high-rise residences and super high-rise CBDs.
本发明公开了一种二次供水设备智能化泵房，包括变频控制柜、监控中心、管网、供水单元和用水单元，变频控制柜内部设置有设备机组、测控终端、水质在线分析仪、压力变送器、电能表、流量监测单元、摄像头、红外探测器及信号收发单元；其中设备机组的潜水泵组包括通过S形管串联连接的潜水泵Ⅰ和潜水泵Ⅱ。本发明提出一种带有监控中心的智能化泵房，构造潜水泵串联结构并进行泵参数测试，通过串联可使扬程增加，且降低同等扬程需求下的泵转速，提高水提升上限，可大大减少二次供水管网中供水单元和用水单元中输送泵的压力，进而增加各级输送泵的运行稳定性，缓解各用水单元同时用水的压力不足，尤其适合高层住宅及超高层CBD的二次供水泵房。
