An exhaust type pedestal pan comprises an annular exhaust duct, a plurality of exhaust holes, two branch exhaust ducts, an exhaust outlet pipe, two sewage discharge holes, a sealing plug and a cleaning water inlet hole, the annular exhaust duct is arranged on the upper plane of the pedestal pan, and the inner side face of the annular exhaust duct is provided with the exhaust holes and the two sewage discharge holes. The annular exhaust duct and the exhaust outlet pipe are connected together through the two branch exhaust ducts, and when an air pipe of an exhaust fan is connected to the exhaust outlet pipe, dirty gas and unpleasant odor generated when people defecate can be discharged out of the toilet bowl in time through the exhaust holes, the annular exhaust duct, the branch exhaust ducts and the exhaust outlet pipe. When the exhaust duct needs to be cleaned, the sealing plug on the branch exhaust duct in the water tank is pulled out, water in the water tank continuously cleans the branch exhaust duct and the annular exhaust duct through the cleaning water inlet hole, and sewage generated by cleaning is discharged to the urinal through the sewage discharge hole in the annular exhaust duct.
