According to the technical scheme, the mounting base comprises an outer frame, a first internal thread opening formed in the center of the outer frame and a set of cushion blocks arranged on the periphery of the outer frame, and a first step and a second step are arranged above the first internal thread opening; the panel is arranged on the cushion block of the outer frame, and a drainage channel is formed between the panel and the inner wall and the bottom surface of the outer frame; the upper-layer filter screen is arranged above the panel; the upper end of the valve body is provided with a first external thread opening connected with the first internal thread opening of the mounting seat, a flange connected with the first step of the mounting seat and a first O-shaped ring connected with the second step; the annular valve element is arranged in the valve body, a first sealing ring is arranged at the bottom of the annular valve element, an upper magnetic suspension guide rod mounting seat is arranged on the annular valve element through a support, and an upper shaft hole and a first magnetic ring arranged outside the upper shaft hole are arranged in the center of the upper magnetic suspension guide rod mounting seat; and the drainage straight pipe is connected to the bottom of the valve body.
