Novel three-way sliding friction energy consumption damper
The invention provides a novel three-way sliding friction energy dissipation damper, which belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering and is formed by connecting four vertical steel plates, two horizontal steel plates, two cover plates and bolt spring elements. According to the structure of the damper, two vertical steel plates on the left side are horizontally connected through a bolt with a pre-stress spring and then welded to a horizontal steel plate to form a composite part A, and two vertical steel plates on the right side are horizontally connected through a bolt with a pre-pressing spring and then welded to a horizontal steel plate to form a composite part B. The composite part A and the composite part B are vertically connected through a bolt with a prestress spring to form the whole damper. The damper keeps fixed connection under the action of a wind load, and can relatively slide in three directions under an earthquake, so that the influence of the earthquake between structures is reduced, and post-earthquake repair is also facilitated.
本发明提供一种新型三向可滑动摩擦耗能阻尼器,属于建筑工程技术领域,由四块竖向钢板、两块水平钢板、两块盖板和螺栓弹簧元件连接组成。阻尼器构造依次为:左侧两块竖向钢板通过带有预应力弹簧的螺栓水平连接,然后再和水平钢板焊接形成复合件A,右侧两块竖向钢板通过带有预压弹簧的螺栓水平连接,然后再和水平钢板焊接形成复合件B。复合件A和复合件B通过带有预应力弹簧的螺栓竖向连接,形成整个阻尼器。本阻尼器在风荷载作用下保持固接,在地震下可以在三个方向发生相对滑动,以减小结构之间由地震产生的影响,也方便震后修复。
