By arranging the protection mechanism, the clamping blocks and the clamping grooves, the lifting base in the rising state is clamped step by step, the lifting base is automatically locked after moving by a certain distance every time, and compared with a traditional mode that the lifting base is self-locked after rapidly sliding down by a certain distance, the stability of the lifting base in the rising process is guaranteed; and meanwhile, compared with sliding locking of a traditional lifting base, the device guarantees the stability of workers in the lifting base, the situation that the gravity center is unstable due to sudden sliding of the lifting base is avoided, and therefore the situation that the workers collide with the inner wall of the lifting base due to the unstable gravity center is avoided, and the safety of the workers is improved.
