The invention relates to a mass concrete skip method construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, area segmentation: acquiring a BIM model of mass concrete, segmenting the BIM model into a plurality of independent areas based on thickness change, and then segmenting each independent area into a plurality of quadrilateral areas; step 2, warehouse block division: calculating the maximum non-cracking warehouse division length of concrete in a preset area based on concrete material parameters, and dividing each quadrilateral area into a plurality of warehouse blocks based on the maximum non-cracking warehouse division length; and 3, a pouring route is generated, specifically, the pouring route is planned based on the adjacent relation of the warehouse blocks and the pouring time interval of the adjacent warehouse blocks, different starting warehouse blocks are selected to obtain other pouring routes, and the pouring route with the shortest time is selected as a construction route of the warehouse jumping method. According to the method, the irregular-shaped complex mass concrete deep pits and the areas with different thicknesses are identified and partitioned, and the areas are subjected to warehouse division treatment according to the given boundary conditions, so that the optimal construction route is obtained.
