The invention provides a helmet recognition device and method, a helmet lock, a helmet, equipment and a medium, the recognition device comprises a first connecting part, a second connecting part, a detection circuit and a controller; wherein the first connecting part is arranged on a bolt of the helmet lock, the second connecting part and the detection circuit are arranged in a slot of the helmet lock, and the detection circuit is in communication connection with the controller; the detection circuit is used for detecting target output information after detecting that the first connecting component is connected with the second connecting component, and sending the target output information to the controller; wherein the target output information is determined based on the output information of the first connecting component and/or the output information of the second connecting component; and the controller is used for determining that the helmet lock is in a locked state under the condition that the target output information is matched with the preset output information through comparison.
