The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment parts, and provides a force-adjustable upper hinge which comprises a cylinder seat, a cylinder seat connecting adjusting cover and an adjusting cover. An elastic body is arranged in an internal space jointly formed by the adjusting cover and the cylinder seat; the elastic body is configured to generate axial elastic force or simultaneously generate axial elastic force and circumferential torsional force along with the adjusting action of the adjusting cover; the adjusting action of the adjusting cover comprises movement in the axial direction and rotation in the circumferential direction relative to the cylinder base; an upper hinge plate; an upper shaft sleeve; the two ends of the upper door shaft are movably connected in the upper shaft hole and the cylinder seat in a penetrating manner respectively; one end of the upper door shaft penetrating into the cylinder seat is connected with an elastic body; and a limiting block. Therefore, the elastic body generates axial elastic force or simultaneously generates axial elastic force and circumferential torsion through the adjusting cover; therefore, the problems that an existing hinge is not tightly closed and the opening degree cannot be kept are solved. The invention further provides a gravity reset hinge set with the upper hinge, a door body and refrigeration equipment.
