The honeycomb curtain assembly is characterized by a manufacturing process that takes into account the different physical properties of the materials, contributes to the shrinkage upon cooling, and contributes to the adjustment of the different heat and pressure of the materials during the manufacturing process. The process describes a joining method of using two strips of material to form a single-cell product or a dual-cell product. The assembly includes joining strips of material to each other by applying an adhesive, and curing the adhesive by a curing station. Before being fed into the assembly, the material strip is folded, pressed, and cooled, thereby reducing or eliminating bending or other deformations.
