The invention discloses a two-stage suspension calcination system for powdery low-speed lime. The two-stage suspension calcination system comprises a first-stage suspension preheating light burning unit, a second-stage re-burning unit and a suspension cooling unit, the first-section suspension preheating light burning unit comprises a multi-stage cyclone separator and a decomposing furnace; the multistage cyclone separator preheats the limestone raw material in a suspension manner, and the decomposing furnace performs high-temperature light burning on the preheated limestone raw material to obtain calcium oxide; the second-stage re-burning unit is used for re-burning calcium oxide obtained by high-temperature light burning or calcium oxide mixed with partially preheated limestone; and the suspension cooling unit is used for cooling the reburnt material to obtain the low-speed lime. Through suspension preheating, suspension light burning, re-burning and suspension cooling, the low-speed lime production energy consumption is remarkably reduced, the low-speed lime calcining time is shortened, the product quality is improved, and low-cost and high-efficiency production of the low-speed lime is realized.
