Novel recycled aggregate strengthening assembly line
The invention relates to the technical field of recycled aggregate recovery, and discloses a novel recycled aggregate strengthening assembly line which comprises a circulating crushing module. The chemical strengthening module is used for carrying out chemical reagent soaking and liquid removal treatment on the crushed recycled aggregate; and heating the mixing enhancement module. According to the novel recycled aggregate strengthening assembly line, the whole assembly line is designed to achieve integration from recycling treatment to strengthening, manual work is omitted, and efficient automation is achieved. The circulating crushing module crushes the large-volume recycled aggregate into the required volume in a circulating manner, and two different crushers cooperate to improve the efficiency and assist in subsequent reinforcement work. And the chemical strengthening module can be used for soaking and strengthening the recycled aggregate by using a chemical means. And finally, the recycled aggregate is reinforced by a physical means through the heating, mixing and reinforcing module, so that full-automatic streamlined efficient operation from recycling to reinforcing of the recycled aggregate is realized.
