The invention discloses a cement-based grouting material with controllable rheological property as well as a preparation method, a use method and application of the cement-based grouting material. The cement-based grouting material with the controllable rheological property is formed by mixing a solid material, a liquid material and mixing water, the solid material accounts for 85-90%, the liquid material accounts for 2-3%, and the balance is mixing water; the solid material is composed of fine aggregate, a solid cementing material and a functional material, the fine aggregate accounts for 40-60% of the solid material, the solid cementing material accounts for 35-55% of the solid material, and the balance is the functional material; the liquid material is a stable suspension formed by taking a water reducing agent as a solvent, adding a solid cementing material, a defoaming agent, an air entraining agent and a thickening agent, mixing and carrying out ball milling. According to the invention, the cement-based grouting material with controllable rheological property is prepared by taking the tailing mud which cannot be utilized at present as the fine aggregate, the construction requirement is met especially for underground funnel-shaped missing space with small opening and large bottom, and the defects of the current grouting material are overcome.
本发明公开一种流变性能可控的水泥基注浆料及其制备方法、使用方法、应用。流变性能可控的水泥基注浆料由固态材料、液态材料和拌合水混合形成,其中:所述固态材料占85~90%,所述液态材料占2~3%,余量为拌合水;并且所述固态材料由微细集料、固态胶凝材料和功能材料组成,微细集料占固态材料的40‑60%,固态胶凝材料占固态材料的35‑55%,余量为功能材料;所述液态材料为以减水剂为溶剂加入固态胶凝材料、消泡剂、引气剂、增稠剂,混合并经球磨后形成的稳定悬浮液。本发明以目前无法利用的尾矿泥作为微细集料,配制一种流变性能可控的水泥基注浆料,尤其对于开口小而底部大的地下漏斗形缺失空间,满足施工要求,解决目前注浆料所存在的不足之处。
