The invention relates to preparation of a ceramic 3D printing prosthesis in the field of false tooth repair, and relates to a preparation method of a zirconia ceramic false tooth. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nano zirconia powder, a glass phase material and an organic carrier additive according to a ratio of (50-90): (5-50): (5-10) to obtain ceramic slurry; the ceramic slurry is poured into a plastic or high-temperature wax tube, and a wire material is prepared, so that 3D printing forming is facilitated; printing to obtain a printed piece of the ceramic false tooth; and putting the printed piece into a degreasing furnace, performing degreasing treatment at the temperature of 600-900 DEG C, putting the semi-finished product into a sintering furnace, and performing sintering treatment at the temperature of 1300-1600 DEG C to obtain the finished zirconia ceramic false tooth. And the ceramic slurry used in the preparation process has good formability and flowability, and can fill small pores, so that the high-precision ceramic false tooth is obtained.
