The invention provides a bridge support vertical adjusting device which comprises a supporting base, a lifting table, a lifting device and a plate type rubber support, the supporting table comprises a U-shaped frame, a fixed wedge-shaped block and a sliding wedge-shaped block, and the fixed wedge-shaped block and the sliding wedge-shaped block are arranged on the two sides in the U-shaped frame respectively; the two sides of the lifting table are slidably connected with the opposite side slopes of the fixed wedge-shaped block and the sliding wedge-shaped block respectively, the lifting device is arranged on the supporting table and connected with the lifting table, and the plate type rubber support is arranged on the lifting table; the supporting base and the lifting table jointly define a grouting area. The fixed wedge-shaped block and the sliding wedge-shaped block are each provided with a grouting opening, the two grouting openings communicate with the grouting area, and mortar is poured into the grouting area along the grouting openings and fills the grouting area. The vertical height of the plate-type rubber support can be adjusted, the stability is higher, the plate-type rubber support can cope with long-term downward pressing loads, and the supporting effect of the plate-type rubber support is guaranteed.
