The invention relates to bridge stay cable cleaning equipment, and effectively solves the problems that an existing cleaning mode adopted for a bridge stay cable is poor in cleaning effect and low in use stability. According to the technical scheme, a plurality of abutting plates which are slidably installed in the radial direction of a crawling barrel are arranged on the outer wall of the crawling barrel at intervals in a surrounding mode, flexible bags are arranged between the abutting plates and the outer wall of the crawling barrel, and a plurality of spraying pipes are arranged on the inner wall of the crawling barrel at intervals in a surrounding mode and connected with the corresponding flexible bags; an energy storage assembly is arranged on the crawling cylinder between every two adjacent abutting plates; according to the equipment, in the stay cable cleaning process, the overall windward area of the equipment can be gradually reduced (the wind load borne by the equipment in the high altitude is reduced), in addition, along with increase of the crawling distance of the crawling barrel along the stay cable, the holding strength between the walking wheels and the stay cable can be gradually increased, and therefore the stability of the crawling barrel during high-altitude work is improved; and the cleaning efficiency of the bridge stay cable is improved.
本发明涉及桥梁斜拉索清洁设备,本发明有效解决了现有对桥梁斜拉索采取的清理方式清理效果不佳且使用稳定性不高的问题,解决问题的技术方案包括:爬行筒外壁间隔环绕设有若干沿爬行筒径向滑动安装的抵接板且抵接板、爬行筒外壁之间设有柔性囊体,所述爬行筒内壁间隔环绕设有若干喷洒管且喷洒管和与之对应的柔性囊体连,相邻两抵接板之间的爬行筒上设有储能组件;该设备在对斜拉索清理过程中,可逐渐减少设备整体的迎风面积(减小其在高空所受的风载荷),另外随着爬行筒沿着斜拉索爬行距离的增大,可逐渐增大行走轮和斜拉索之间的抱紧力度,从而增大爬行筒在高空工作时的稳定性,提高了对桥梁斜拉索的清理效率。
