The invention discloses an overpass bridge pier backward movement transformation method which comprises the following steps: carrying out load conversion on the periphery of a pier in a road widening range by adopting a temporary support, and carrying out in-situ dismantling on an old pier; a foundation, a bridge pier and a cantilever cover beam are newly built outside the broadening range of the road, and a support is arranged on the cantilever cover beam; the temporary supports are unloaded, the weight of the beam body is transmitted to a new pier, and system conversion is completed; vertical prestress is arranged on the side, away from the spanned road, of the new pier, and horizontal prestress is arranged on the upper and lower sections of the cantilever bent cap. According to the method, resource waste caused by dismantling construction of the overpass bridge and subsequent reconstruction construction of the overpass bridge in the prior art is avoided, and high-quality utilization of the existing bridge is achieved.
本发明公开了一种跨线桥桥墩后移改造方法,包括以下步骤:对道路扩宽范围内的桥墩周边采用临时支撑进行荷载转换,对旧桥墩进行原位拆除;在道路扩宽范围外新建基础、桥墩及悬臂盖梁,悬臂盖梁上设支座;通过对临时支撑进行卸载,将梁体重量传递至新桥墩,完成体系转换;新桥墩远离所跨越道路侧设置竖向预应力,悬臂盖梁上下断面设置水平预应力。本发明避免了现有技术中对跨线桥的拆除施工,以及跨线桥后续的重建施工造成的资源浪费,实现了既有桥梁的高质化利用。
