The invention provides an underground water monitoring system for subway deep foundation pit construction in a complex environment, and belongs to the technical field of underground water monitoring, the underground water monitoring system comprises a monitoring well, a plurality of monitoring anchor rods and a data processing platform, and a water level monitoring module is arranged in the monitoring well; the plurality of monitoring anchor rods are provided with water level monitoring assemblies; the data processing platform is connected with the water level monitoring module and the water level monitoring assembly through a data transmission module so as to receive and process monitored data; wherein the monitoring anchor rod comprises an anchor rod body and a monitoring pipe, and an anchoring structure is arranged at the front end of the anchor rod body and used for being fixed in a soil body; the anchor rod body is sleeved with the monitoring pipe, the two ends of the monitoring pipe are connected with the anchor rod body, the middle of the monitoring pipe and the anchor rod body are arranged in a spaced mode to form a monitoring cavity used for containing the water level monitoring assembly, a water inlet hole is formed in the monitoring pipe, and a filtering layer is arranged on the water inlet hole. Most monitoring wells can be replaced by the monitoring anchor rods, the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction cost and disturbance to the soil body are reduced.
