The invention relates to the field of rooted piles, and particularly discloses a high-pressure jet grouting variable-diameter grouting device for static-pressure rooted piles and a using method thereof.The high-pressure jet grouting variable-diameter grouting device comprises a drill rod, spiral blades are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the drill rod, a drill bit is fixed to the lower end of the spiral blades, the drill rod is hollow, and a variable-diameter grouting assembly capable of changing the grouting radius is fixedly arranged on the peripheral wall of the drill rod; the variable-diameter grouting assembly is close to the lower end of the drill rod. By adjusting the pressure of cement paste injected into the drill rod, the length of the telescopic sleeve extending out of the sleeve can be controlled, so that the grouting radius is changed, the radius of a formed expanding body better meets the requirements of soil bearing layers of different soil textures, the supporting strength of the static-pressure rooted pile is ensured, and the service life of the static-pressure rooted pile is prolonged. And after the telescopic sleeve extends out, the expansion body can be more fully stirred after being grouted, so that the forming quality of the expansion body is ensured, and meanwhile, compared with a grouting mode of a traditional drill rod, the extensible grouting opening enables the amount of cement paste on the edge of the expansion body under the same diameter to be increased, and the effective supporting strength of the expansion body is improved.
