Underground engineering supporting structure
The underground engineering supporting structure comprises a cross beam, a stand column and a buffer assembly, one end of the cross beam is detachably fixed to a steel sheet pile on one side of an underground space, the other end of the cross beam is detachably fixed to the buffer assembly, the buffer assembly is detachably fixed to the stand column, and the stand column is detachably fixed to the ground; the buffering assembly comprises a shell, a piston, a left speed reducer, a buffering connecting rod and a shock absorber, the length of the buffering assembly can be adjusted through a gear and a rack, the cross beam can be conveniently installed, when the steel sheet pile shakes, the piston can be driven to move, then the buffering connecting rod is driven to swing, the length of the shock absorber is changed due to swing of the buffering connecting rod, and the shock absorber buffers and absorbs vibration; and under the condition that the buffer assembly has the same load, the arm of force of the elastic force on the shock absorber spring to the central point of the gear can be changed by adjusting the inclination angle of the shock absorber, so that the deformation quantity of the shock absorber spring is changed, and the stroke of the piston can be adjusted.
本发明公开了一种地下工程支护结构,包括横梁、立柱、缓冲组件,所述横梁的一端可拆卸的固定到地下空间一侧的钢板桩,横梁的另一端可拆卸固定有所述缓冲组件,缓冲组件可拆卸的固定在所述立柱上,立柱可拆卸的固定在地面上;缓冲组件包括壳体、活塞、左减速机、缓冲连杆和减振器,缓冲组件的长度能够通过齿轮齿条调节,便于安装横梁,当钢板桩晃动时,能够带动活塞移动,进而带动缓冲连杆摆动,缓冲连杆的摆动引起减振器长度变化,使减振器缓冲吸振,保护横梁和钢板桩的接头,在缓冲组件相同载荷下的情况下,通过调节减振器的倾角,能够改变减振器弹簧上的弹力对齿轮中心点的力臂,进而改变减振器弹簧的形变量,从而能够调节活塞的行程。
