The invention discloses a sliding rail type supporting system which comprises a top supporting plate I and a bottom supporting plate II arranged at the lower end, stand columns are arranged on the side faces of the supporting plates, inner side face sliding rails are arranged on the inner side faces of the stand columns, T-shaped grooves used for being connected with supporting bases are formed in the middle positions of the stand columns, and positioning pin holes are formed in the T-shaped grooves every 30 centimeters. During construction, the supporting base, the inner support, the protective plate and the stand column are alternately pressed downwards through an excavator, after a certain depth is excavated again, the heights of the supporting base, the base flange and the inner support are adjusted and moved downwards in a reciprocating mode, and the operation is repeated. By means of the improvement, the sliding rail type supporting system has the advantages of being economical, convenient, efficient, environmentally friendly and multipurpose.
