Fabricated anti-floating piled raft foundation
The invention discloses a fabricated anti-floating piled raft foundation, and belongs to the technical field of building foundations. The pre-stressed pipe pile structure comprises a pile pre-fabricated raft block, a pile-free pre-fabricated raft block and a pre-fabricated pre-stressed pipe pile, preformed holes are formed in the positions, where the prestressed pipe piles are prefabricated, of the pile prefabricated raft blocks, and UHPC cross supports are arranged in the preformed holes; connecting steel bars and steel supporting plates are arranged at the tops of the prefabricated prestressed pipe piles, and the prefabricated prestressed pipe piles are connected with the pile prefabricated raft plates through core grouting UHPC; a joint is reserved between the pile prefabricated raft plate block and the pile-free prefabricated raft plate block, a rabbet which moves upwards and backwards is formed in the periphery adjacent to the joint, and a full-length extending steel plate is pre-embedded in the lower portion of the rabbet and is connected with raft plate structural steel bars through the full-length pre-embedded steel plate; and short steel bars are welded to the top faces of the full-length extending steel plates at intervals, and post-pouring UHPC is poured into the joints. The precast concrete technology is fully utilized, the connecting structure can release raft arch-up stress and deformation caused by underground water buoyancy, and a piled raft foundation solution which is reliable in quality, easy and convenient to construct and excellent in performance is formed.
