The invention belongs to the technical field of water affair control systems, and particularly relates to an urban and rural water supply integrated digital water affair control system which comprises a water resource management module, a water supply pipe network module, an intermediate water supply module and a data analysis management and control module. A telescopic pipe sucks water in a water supply tank through a one-way valve, then a telescopic rod drives a cleaning frame to ascend, the water supply tank controls a first electromagnetic valve to be opened, a sampling cup communicates with the interior of the telescopic pipe through a first pipe, the cleaning frame extrudes the telescopic pipe to retract and restore, and water in the telescopic pipe enters the sampling cup through the first pipe; the water quality detector is used for detecting water in the sampling cup and sending a detection result to a worker and the data analysis management and control module to complete detection work of water in the water supply tank; in the process, manual intervention and operation are not needed, the labor cost is reduced, meanwhile, the detection efficiency is improved, and therefore the working efficiency of a water affair control system for controlling the water quality in secondary water supply is improved.
