According to the fallen leaves needing to be frequently cleaned in the filter screen, the cutting piece is designed in the collecting box and is in transmission connection with the waterwheel, the waterwheel is driven by water flow flowing out of the collecting box so as to drive the cutting piece to cut the fallen leaves in the collecting box, and the fallen leaves are changed into small-size broken leaves to enter the discharging channel along with the water flow to be discharged.
