The driving paddle located on the upper flow of the bent pipe serves as a driving source, when water flows, the driving paddle can be pushed by the gravity of water flow to rotate, when the driving paddle rotates, the first rotating rod can be driven to rotate through the linkage piece, and therefore the multiple scraping plates outside the first rotating rod are made to conduct rotary dredging operation; and residual trace silt is conveyed to the rear part of the bent pipe and is finally discharged through a sewage discharge pipe for civil engineering.
